HOWEVER, I am very unhappy with your service.i had this item sent to my daughter. I had to physically change the shipping address to hers. I immediately got a receipt from PayPal with the CORRECT shipping address. Then I got an order confirmation from Relaxcation with the shipping address to me. I immediately got on your chat to try to change this. No luck, I was told the order had already gone through. I then forwarded the PayPal email to show the correct shipping address and have never received a response. I now have received the bath bombs which I now have to send to my daughter.
I don’t know that I will feel comfortable ordering from you anymore if I cannot trust that this will not happen again.
